HK Citadel does not currently send text messages. Submitting the playbook opt-in form, or providing a phone number on a booking form, does not enroll you in text messages.
If HK Citadel offers text messages in the future, you will be enrolled only if you check a separate, unchecked SMS consent box that describes the messages. That box will state that consent is not a condition of purchase, that message and data rates may apply, the expected message frequency, that you can reply STOP to opt out at any time, and that you can reply HELP for help. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
If you request the playbook, I will email it to you and may send related marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and my postal address, and unsubscribe requests are honored promptly. If you are a client, you will continue to receive transactional emails about your active engagement even after unsubscribing from marketing.

HK Citadel's website and consulting services are not designed to receive protected health information (PHI). Do not send me PHI, including consumer or Medicare beneficiary health, Medicare number (MBI), or enrollment information, by email, form, or file. I do not offer a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) unless one is separately negotiated and signed in writing.
I generally keep business contact and engagement information for no longer than three (3) years after an engagement ends, or longer if the law requires.
I use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
